Professional Community Policies

For review by lawyer. This is a draft that describes what EaglesEntry does today. It is published so the structure and wording can be reviewed; it is not yet approved by counsel. Notes marked “For review by lawyer” show where counsel’s input decides the text.
For review by lawyer. Finland edition. The EU/EEA supplement applies: GDPR rights with a one-month reply, our EU representative’s contact, opt-in cookies, and the local data-protection authority as your complaint route. Read the country supplement
EaglesEntry is a place to find and fill entry-level jobs. Be safe, be trustworthy, be professional. These policies apply to everyone: job seekers, recruiters and visitors.
Tell us if you see something wrong
If you believe something breaks these policies, whether a job, a recruiter, a candidate, a message or an AI answer, report it. Reports and our own checks help us find and stop abuse. Please report only what you have seen; misusing reports is itself a breach. Depending on how serious a breach is, we may limit, label or remove content, or restrict or close an account. You can appeal a decision you think is wrong.
Be safe
- Don’t harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone, and don’t reveal someone’s private information.
- Don’t ask job seekers for money, deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank details or ID documents before a genuine job offer. Real employers don’t charge you to apply or to start work.
- Don’t move candidates to chat apps or off-platform payments.
- Don’t promote violence, dangerous organisations, or the exploitation of children; we report child exploitation to the authorities.
Be trustworthy
- Use your real name and your real work email; one account per person; no sharing accounts.
- Post real, open jobs for the company you work for. Don’t pretend to be another company, and don’t create fake profiles.
- Don’t put false information in a resume, an application or a job post.
- Don’t scrape EaglesEntry, send automated applications, or export listings or candidate data.
Be professional
- No hateful content and no discrimination against anyone because of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or any other protected characteristic. Job posts must not discriminate.
- No sexual advances, innuendo or unwanted romantic contact. EaglesEntry is not a dating site.
- No spam: untargeted, repetitive or unwanted messages, pokes or posts.
- No shocking, graphic or adult material.
Rules for AI features
Use the AI features only for your own job search, or, as a recruiter, for reviewing your own applicants. Don’t use them to create scam, discriminatory, deceptive or infringing content, to impersonate anyone, or to get around the providers’ safety rules. Recruiters: AI output is decision support only; a person reviews every candidate. Some features use models from other companies through our platform provider; when you use them you also follow those companies’ usage policies.
For review by lawyer: link the AI providers page and confirm the flow-down wording with each provider’s terms.
Blocking
You may block anyone whose contact you don’t want, with no reason needed. Blocking is not a report: if someone broke these policies, report them too. How blocking works.
How we enforce
Recruiters who post scams, trafficking or fee requests are banned at once. For other breaches we warn first, then suspend, then close the account. People who repeatedly send reports that are clearly unfounded may have their reports paused after a warning. When we act, we tell the affected person why, whether automated tools were used, and how to appeal.
For review by lawyer: confirm the enforcement ladder and the statement-of-reasons and appeal timings (6 months to appeal, decision within 14 days) with counsel.
